Gallery

My paintings are a mix of contemporary and abstract styles. They abstract natural forms and focus on composition and color to capture a specific moment, while evoking a certain mood. Each piece I create is a journey to the subconscious, where landscapes are not mere representations of physical places, but rather reflections of internal states and feelings.

I create abstracted landscapes and cloudscapes using textured gesso, acrylic paint, charcoal, and oil pastels on canvas. My art is gestural, kinetic, and thought provoking. My intent is to utilize color and composition to evoke an emotional reaction, while allowing viewers to define their own experience.

As a professional, award-winning artist, I have experience creating commissioned artwork and overseeing installations for private clients and interior designers. I am currently represented by Spoonbill Gallery in Greenville, SC.

Through my work, I aim to create space for contemplation and introspection, where viewers can immerse themselves in color and form, and perhaps discover something new or remember something lost in the process. I am honored to share my journey with you in this show and I hope that my pieces inspire you to experience and explore the rich and vibrant world of emotions and memories that may be awakened within you.

Solo Exhibition

Simpsonville Art Center

Simpsonville, SC

For this exhibition, you will find a series of works that are not only a reflection of my artistic vision but also an invitation to the viewer to engage with their own emotional responses. Each piece is a mirror, reflecting back the viewer's own experiences and emotions, and in doing so, creating a unique and personal connection.
